Our spicy Harissa Hot Sauce recipe is based on a Moroccan family preparation of the traditional Tunisian hot sauce. Our Harissa ideally combines with all North African dishes and is excellent with falafel, fries, stews, lentils, rice, and soups. It’s the perfect hot sauce to always have in the fridge. Roots Radicals is a zero-waste company that operates according to the principles of a circular economy. Our Harissa Hot Sauce contains 40% upcycled ingredients, and some by-products of our Harissa production are upcycled into our Harissa Spice and our Candied Citrus Peel.
